5 week sculpture course

This is a five session long course, where we will be making and glazing our own pottery/ceramic sculptures. We will be using hand building techniques such as pinching , slabs and coiling to create our own sculptures. we shall explore texture and forms both abstract and based on nature.

your work will then be bisque fired so that it becomes ceramic. We shall then glaze our work using various techniques, underglaze, glaze , oxides.

After the glazing they will stay with me be fired again in my kiln. Piece are usually ready for collection within 4-6 weeks after the date of your workshop.
