Make a Gluggle Jug

This is a full day course, gluggle jug masterclass. Together we will handbuild your very own gluggle jug using rolling, pinching techniques and sculpting. Together we will construct the basic jug structure, then you can follow your own design. You can go Whale, fish, seal, my favourite dragon whatever you fancy.

Once you have made your jug we will then decorate with underglaze to add colour.

We will break for lunch for an hour half way through our day, to give the clay a little firming time. lunch will be in a nearby cafe and included in the price of your workshop.

Once you have made your jug they will stay with me to dry and be bisque fired in my kiln, they will then be transparent glazed and fired again. Piece are usually ready for collection within 4-6 weeks after the date of your workshop.
